TRU Mini™ Series Debuts at 2026 Biloxi Manufactured Home Show

Clayton Home Building Group, a national single-family home builder, debuted the new TRU Buttercup and TRU Tulip at the 2026 Biloxi Manufactured Home Show. The Buttercup and Tulip serve as a launching point for the new TRU Mini™ series, a first-of-its-kind collection that will be TRU’s most attainable housing solution yet.

“TRU revolutionized the housing industry in 2012 with attainable pricing that has helped more than 100,000 customers achieve homeownership,” says Mike Duncan, Clayton Manufacturing senior vice president of operations. “Today, the attainable housing crisis is greater than ever, and the TRU Mini home collection with its lower price expands opportunities for customers who believe homeownership is financially out of reach.”

The TRU Mini series breaks new ground in attainability while promising the same level of quality and innovation expected of Clayton’s manufactured homes. The Buttercup, which measures 12 feet by 36 feet, features one bedroom and one bathroom.

Homebuyers can also expect many of the same finishes found inside of a TRU standard-sized home, including Frigidaire^© appliances, DuraCraft^© cabinets, modern rolled-edge countertops, upgraded window casings and eight-foot flat ceilings.

The TRU Mini line features uniform construction specifications and consistent build features that allow home building facilities to build efficiently and meet the pressing demand for attainable housing.

The full TRU Mini collection will soon be available at retail partner home centers throughout the nation.
