Off-Site Built Homes

Clayton Manufacturing builds more than 45,000 homes each year. Using modern manufactured home construction methods in our climate-controlled home building facilities allows for homes to be built in a timely, weather-resistant production. From building the floor to shingling the roof and everything in between, off-site construction allows for a concentration on quality and efficiency. Once construction is finished in the facility, the nearly completed home is then transported to the home site where it’s married with a foundation and the final touches are applied. We have 40 home building facilities across the country that build off-site, Tiny, CrossMod and modular homes.

Site-Built Homes

Site-built construction is when a home is built or assembled at the location where the home will be. Clayton Properties Group builders develop an array of site-built homes and deliver an extraordinary customer experience to their local communities.
