Clayton Waco II Celebrates Building 25,000th Home

Clayton Waco II marked the production of its 25,000th modern manufactured home on June 30, 2025. The home building facility opened in 1993 with 50 team members, including three who remain there today. A total of 26 home models are constructed at the facility.

The 25,000th constructed home was the Sedona, an 1,873-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home, part of Waco II’s EZ Living series. The Sedona is an energy-efficient eBuilt® home that can cut homeowners’ annual energy bills by up to 50%1, helping more families Open doors to a better life.

The Sedona features drywall throughout, stainless steel kitchen appliances, solid surface kitchen countertops, a tray ceiling in the living room and a soaker tub in the primary bath. Homeowners can personalize their home with a variety of options, including interior and exterior color choices, a kitchen island and a fireplace.

A celebration of the achievement was held on July 1, 2025, at the Waco II facility. Clayton team members, retail partners, local officials and media were invited to attend. Activities included a tour of the 25,000th home and a catered lunch for Waco II team members.
