The Manager In Training Program is designed to develop well-rounded management professionals. You'll learn how to apply business principles and manage a team-oriented organization. As a Manager In Training, you'll be introduced to actual operating procedures within your chosen discipline to prepare you for a management role while gaining broad exposure to our company and our industry.

  • Lean manufacturing knowledge and/or experience is a huge plus 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Willingness to relocate based on geographical need and MIT team member preference
